[/quote] It's really not though. College students can have class during those hours. Young professionals are still at work themselves. Both groups are more likely to be hitting up happy hours and having social plans during the early evening hours. Second jobs - retail for example - start shifts at 6pm and that work is steady with a more fixed schedule and reliable income.[/quote]
