SHe's doing a mash-up of various things her nanny friends may or may not get and trying to hold you over a barrel. Fire her, she's beyond selfish and certainly not thinking of the long-term or building a nanny-family relationship - which typically involves puts & takes, flexibility, etc. If you sense she is only all about the money, then it's likely you are getting subpar childcare as well - since that is not a focus of hers.
