[/quote] When our nanny moved from a 50+ hour a week nanny job to more of a housekeeper/driving role at reduced hours we had her working 20 hours a week at $22/hour but she was doing 2 hours of housework and then 2 hours of kid stuff a day. FOr your role you could do $18-20, if cash do the lower end. Or you could bump up her hours and add in groceries 2x/week, laundry 2x a week, vacuuming 2x/week, dinner and packing lunches 5x/week, etc. [/quote]
