I work for the feds and have a consistent schedule so I am happy to pay a flat rate every week regardless of how many hours I use bc I don't take a lot of vacation.  the other 2 moms work for schools so they have more time off, which is why they are willing to guarantee a minimum weekly rate but don't want to be obligated to pay the full amount when they have the entire week off.

The nanny is now making $650 a week for 2 kids.
With 3 kids, she will range from the same min of $650 (when she has 1-2 kids) to a high of $870-900 a week (when she has all 3 kids full time). [/quote]
