I don't understand why your nanny would want to make her job harder.. Me personally I'd rather parents buy baby food it's less work for me
Some nannies aren't lazy and care about the health of their charge. Its sad you're fine being a mediocre nanny.
I'm not lazy nor am I mediocre.. Parents want me to make food yes I can for an additional charge. Nothing's free when child naps that's my free time, making food cuts into my free time to use the restroom, eat my lunch or hell sit down and take a breath. The baby food organic pouches are just as good as making food there's no difference in the two
Why would you be charged for making your charge food? That is part of normal duties. Most nannies do laundry, meal prep, bottle washing, etc., during nap times. When do you do that ( if you even do)? The baby pouches are not " just as good". There is a HUGE difference. In order to maintain shelf life, baby food is pasteurized at such high temps that the nutritional value is so low. It doesn't have much of the vitamins and minerals it had in it's natural state. Even if it claims it doesn't have any of that junk, it does in order to maintain shelf life. Home made has no preservatives or chemicals. You seem like a lousy nanny and employee. Charging extra for something that should be part of your duties is ridiculous. If nap time is your " free time", you must be neglecting your charge to do their housekeeping while they're awake. You sound mediocre.
