By the time she moves, the baby will be a little older. Within a few months, they'll even be on the same nap schedule. OP, hire a nanny with experience with more than one child. This is no problem at all unless you want the baby to nap in her crib all the time. Then it may call for some flexibility until the naps are the same.[/quote]
