Again do not trust any agency that will say they will not contact current boss because almost 100% they will do it. Here is another fact, if your employer contacts an agency and starts looking to replace the nanny guess what that agency will never contact that nanny and inform them of this. Agencies are never loyal to nannies, you are what they sale, they will never have your back even if you are the best nanny ever they are not loyal to you ever.[/quote] Unfortunate, but 100% right in every way. This is exactly why the best nannies no longer use agencies. Word of mouth jobs from trusted former employers are usually the best jobs.[/quote]
