You're being obtuse. The ad was for silver spring. $10/hour is not market for even the most basic of nannies. $10/hour would be an appropriate live in rate depending on the job requirements. For live out she'd need to pay more like $15/hour, nanny could find a 2 bedroom apartment and a roommate, paying $600-700/month for her portion AND not have to live with her boss and have someone telling her how to live her life.[/quote]
