Nannies have found that they can find their own jobs and do not have a need for agencies thanks to online services and employers can get great nannies and not pay the outrageous agency fees.

So nannies and employers have a win-win and agencies can continue to blame online for taking away their business.[/quote]
[b]Well said[/b]. Right now agencies are doing nothing to attract the best nannies, so they have to settle for mediocre nannies and parents are not impressed. Agencies can kiss their outrageous fees good-bye until they start doing some real work.[/quote]
