I am a nanny, one of the best in Washington, DC :) I have lots of families that love me. Instead of being judge-mental how about trying to help. Of you have "lots" of families who love having you as a nanny, you aren't a nanny or you have abnormally high turnover.  A nanny works with very few families at a time, typically 1 full-time, perhaps up to 3 part-time.[/quote]

So you are a nanny and you have many families for whom you do occasional sitting.  That was my point.  Nannies don't have lots of families, sitters have lots of families.  I'm glad you are so loved, and I'm glad you get to work as many hours as you choose.
