Oh god I hope shes not taking care of any children on her own....I have lots of families that love me. Instead of being judge-mental how about trying to help. Maybe if people like you would change your way of thinking the world would be a better place!
Of you have "lots" of families who love having you as a nanny, you aren't a nanny or you have abnormally high turnover. A nanny works with very few families at a time, typically 1 full-time, perhaps up to 3 part-time.
I have a really good reputation. I do occasional sitting etc. because of how much that I am loved. I am always being referred even if it is for a few hours a day. Maybe you should go to therapy, it is very clear that you're an angry BULLY!
So you are a nanny and you have many families for whom you do occasional sitting. That was my point. Nannies don't have lots of families, sitters have lots of families. I'm glad you are so loved, and I'm glad you get to work as many hours as you choose.
Done with the thread, there are so many confusing things, I can't tell which way is up.

I reported this very issue to the Irs. They were already contacted by the Irs concerning this issue. I still filed using forms that the Irs provided for me to cover everything on my end. The daycare did sometimes pay us in cash. They even did their own payroll. It was under poor management (AS I STATED)! Every job that I have had since then I have never had an issue with my w-2 forms. I am not the only employee with a missing w-2 and tax issues. I am asking for advice. I have not received my taxes going on 2 years. That's a red flag for me !Anonymous wrote:Op, take a moment and reassemble your thoughts and please write something easier to understand.
You say the original issue with daycare was when you were 19. You are 23 now but You said you haven't paid taxes in 2 years...but it has been 4 since you worked at the daycare. Have you paid taxes at any other job?
What happened 4 years ago really doesn't matter. You need to get your shit together for this year. Are you paid on the books? Did you agree to this when you were hired? Have you asked your boss about it? My W2 is just becoming available this week so it's not like they are late.
Please write back being more coherent so we can help
Why are you getting angry and self righteous? You expect a freaking w2 from a school that sometimes paid you in CASH??? what sense does this even make? When you were hired did you fill out a form for withholding?[/quote
Who said that I was angry? It's called putting you in your place. Good Day![]()
Come on website asking advice, write incoherently, get mad at the people trying to help and are asking for clarity...
Good luck getting this figured out on your own.
yes they were !Anonymous wrote:Um Were taxes being withheld on your pay stub? Op are you sure you're 23?
