If you document it..?[/quote] Pictures of any redness or bruising, documentation from a doctor's visit that occurs after the child acts out, etc. Personally, I would also email the parent about the issue, so that there is written documentation, and I would make sure to raise that I would need to know how to proceed with the child. But as we've said, line up another position, document in the meantime, then quit. No notice.[/quote]
