They were already contacted by the Irs concerning this issue. I still filed using forms that the Irs provided for me to cover everything on my end. The daycare did sometimes pay us in cash. They even did their own payroll. It was under poor management (AS I STATED)! Every job that I have had since then I have never had an issue with my w-2 forms. I am not the only employee with a missing w-2 and tax issues. I am asking for advice. I have not received my taxes going on 2 years. That's a red flag for me ![/quote]
