Of course,your nanny should be ready to leave the minute you walk in the door and you should be ready to take over the minute you walk in the door.[/quote] It depends on when the end time is. I've had parents who budgeted an extra 15 minutes, that way they could change out of scrubs, get a few things done and then be ready to give their kids their undivided attention. Most parents seem to take the kids immediately so that they have to pay the nanny less, and that's what causes the issues.[/quote]
