Why didn't you bring it up after the first year with no raise? If it specifically says in the contract that you should get a raise, then they should give you one or have a reason why they are not giving you one. In my experience, families who need to be reminded to give you a raise are not the greatest to work for. Especially after 3 years. [/quote]
