How are you paid legally with a flat salary like this?  Honest question.  Your gross is always 450 -- I just don't see how your employers can work that out legally every week.

By the way, even if PP was working 3 hours all 5 days, that's only 15 hours per week, so it divides out to $30/hour.  In order for them to not be legal, they would have to work her 54 per week.[/quote]
