First of all you need an experienced nanny willing to take on the challenge. If it were me, I'd look for someone with multiples experience.  Second you need to work out the details. With that many littles you might need to provide a nanny car or at least car seats so you are not shuffling those around constantly.  Also, what about a triple stroller for outings? There are no cheap triple strollers and they all have their drawbacks.  I currently use the Valco Tri Mode Twin with Joey Seat.  Great stroller, but heavy and folds up big. Who will host? Does the host realize the extra wear and tear that will happen to toys, house, etc. with three kids.  My charges are very sweet, but we have a joke about if things are triplet proof or not.
