You don't know what you're talking about, imo. Maybe you have lower standards than others.
lower standards of what? That makes no sense. I've worked with families with 3-4 kids, so why is taking care of 3 kids with different parents so much harder? Oh wait, it's not.

Don't be a dolt. Of course working with THREE MB/DB combos is ridiculously hard unless the parents don't give a shit about their kids.

I agree, I've done it before too and it worked out wonderfully. of course, it absolutely CAN be a recipe for disaster if there are very different parenting styles but honestly I've never had an impossible MB or one that I disliked so working with three sets of parents wouldn't be a nightmare for me. to each his own, pp calling the other pp a dolt. unwind

We've done it for short periods of time, ie during a shaft from one share to another, or for part-time, i.e. nanny share with 2 full-time kids and another child joined a few hours a week or random days here or there. It is hard full-time, but I know other families who do it. Primary problem is that without a triple stroller, its very hard for the nanny to leave the house.

A confident nanny should figure out what works best for the children and for herself.

I organized the share so the
MBs and DBs know each other but aren't friends. I'm more in control of the arrangement and they are all easy going with the same parenting style so it works great! I've been doing this for 1.5 years and it's going great

I have a nanny share with 3 families and it is amazing!! 7 kids Ages 2-3-3-4-6-6-8. The 3 older are just after school for 1 hour and the 4 littles are bffs. One 3 year old and the 4 year old alternate days at preschool. So I only really have 3 during the day. Anyways best job ever and everyone is happy

First of all you need an experienced nanny willing to take on the challenge. If it were me, I'd look for someone with multiples experience. Second you need to work out the details. With that many littles you might need to provide a nanny car or at least car seats so you are not shuffling those around constantly. Also, what about a triple stroller for outings? There are no cheap triple strollers and they all have their drawbacks. I currently use the Valco Tri Mode Twin with Joey Seat. Great stroller, but heavy and folds up big. Who will host? Does the host realize the extra wear and tear that will happen to toys, house, etc. with three kids. My charges are very sweet, but we have a joke about if things are triplet proof or not.

+1 I could handle the children but not three sets of parents! But I would feel more like a daycare worker than a nanny.

This. 100% this.

Yeah - it would be like working in a home daycare setting. No, thanks.
