First off, why would you baby-sit TWO young children three days a week without pay? You claim you are doing it for charitable purposes, but unless you are required to perform some community service hours, this family is taking full advantage of you and you are letting them.

Also, your post is contradicting itself, on one hand this family knows you are unemployed, yet at the same time they are asking you to help out with bail monies. This makes no cents (pun intended!) and why are you stressed if you do not fork over the money?? Have they threatened to set fire to your house??[/quote]
I am watching the children for free because I had 3 months off in between jobs. What else should I be doing ? 3 months is a longtime without any kind of a job. Taking care of the children 3 days a week kept me for being extremely bored and it helped my neighbors out.

Yes they know I'm unemployed. They also know that my financial situation is not bleak. I was stressed because my neighbor got arrested. I have the money and I could have given it to the family but I chose not to because well honestly because I'm selfish. I feel like I've done enough for this family. [/quote]
