You may act in any way that is within the rules, but you may not behave in a manner that affects others in a negative manner. Frankly, given that the woman is supposedly a nanny, I would think that she would know that she needs to behave in a professional manner, and that includes not hosting parties in her employer's home without their permission.[/quote]
