But this isn't likely a real poster anyway. My role as a nanny is not to do the parents thinking for them no mater how much experience I have. Some nannies make this mistake. Some parents make the mistake of believing they have hired someone good if they can abdicate the thinking aspect of parenting to the nanny.[/quote]
