Actually I am registered with Cultural Care Au Pair as well been looking to hire a US nanny but my family is so against that.  THey keep saying how can I hire a stranger to take care of the babies.  I think it is because in my family no one has hired any outside help only rely on family members.  My grandmother took care of me when I was a child.  In our family only family members or family friends have watched the kids.  I am not apposed to hiring an outside person at all and that i why I have registered for Au Pair.  Just have been getting so much backlash from my mom and family for going that route.  She is actually offended that I would choose an Au Pair over her but I would do that because I think it is too much work for her.  [/quote]
