Without knowing what these "extra duties" are and how "late is late," it sounds like you are looking for something else and this is just a bad match. And it's not like nannies haven't hidden the truth or chosen to get defensive when questioned on odd behavior. The best nanny we had was both good with the kids and good at communicating with and listening to us. [/quote]
