I apologize to the nanny and anyone else who I took sides against on this thread. 15 months - hell, the child could slap the nanny if she was smothering him!!! I would never sleep when I was working regardless of the ages of the kids, but at 15 months he wouldn't even get hurt if she dropped him off her lap. [/quote]
