I think you meant that she won't watch someone else's kid while caring for her full time charge.

Waving money in your face to get you to do something while you are at work doesn't make it kosher.  In fact, it introduces an even larger conflict, where you start putting your pocket book above the needs of your full time job and chld you care for.  What's next?  Drive an uber taxi around with your charge strapped in?  Take part time after school care, not for free of course...[/quote]
