My guess is that she wants him in a sleep sack so that he won't climb out of the crib, or because it is part of his sleep association.  Whatever the reason, work WITH her instead of digging in and starting a power struggle.[/quote]

I disagree.  If the orders given by my bosses put my charge at risk of injury, illness, or death I will either not obey them.  That child is going to overheat. [/quote]
