Remember, raises are earned for exceptional work. Schedule a meeting with them and bring very specific examples of your accomplishments and why you feel you have earned a raise. This will force the conversation and allow them to either justify why they won't give you a raise, or allow you to justify your raise. Good luck.[/quote]
