If I quit, it looks bad all around. If they fire me, I am hopeful that they will lie some more and play nice and be a reference. I know I did my job amazingly. They're not firing me because I am a crappy nanny, they're firing me because their needs have changed which is valid. They should have however, handled it much more professionally.[/quote]
