Here's the story, since you need a reason why she got taken for a ride.
She was at a stop sign. A car was approaching in the distance.
She thought she had ample time being the street is 25 mph zone. So she made the turn. The person was going 47mph and hit her by her left back wheel. Kids 4 and 2 were taken to the hospital with minor bumps and scrap because the glass back window shattered.
The vehicle that hit her had no insurance...a lapse of 4 months..police gave her wrong because of stop sign even if the other vehicle had speed and no insurance.
The person was arrested later went to court for no insurance  but she was at fault since she had the stop sign.
Her insurance was sued by employers for children.
Now tell me did that help in ANYWAY...
So she was out of a car. Her car was totalled. She was also hurt by her curtain airbag being deployed and got double screwed by her employers.
NOW IF HER CAR WAS SAFELY PARKED IN THEIR DRIVEWAY AND SHE WAS DRIVING THEIR VEHICLE TO THE PARK..IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THEM. THEIR VEHICLE TOTALLED. THEY WOULD HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEIR INSURANCE ON BEHALF OF THEIR CHILDREN.
You know what I'm done ....because people who exploit others for their gain fight to the end to keep doing it.
