Let's say nannies car payment is $250 Insurance $80 You mb's just want to pay for gas and mileage.. Come on you people know you are taking advantage of the poor nannies who want the job that they will do this How about apart from mileage you contribute extra...towards her insurance..You should pay at least half. Now to your husband driving clients...It's not the same having kids destroy your upholstery. Nor does nanny make his salary.
This doesn't make any sense! The nanny's car payment is $250 whether she drives the children or not!! Same for the insurance. Why should parents pay the nanny for HER car that she'd have regardless of her job? Just because you want extra money? Life doesn't work that way. Parents should pay for gas and wear and tear. I think it's also nice if they pay to have it cleaned every now and then but that's it. And by the way, I DO provide a car for the nanny but every single nanny I've ever interviewed volunteered that they could put car seats in their car before I had told them we would provide a car.
