[/quote] Not a fair deduction, PP. The existing 24 hour nanny must stay with her charge from Monday at 7 am through Friday at 7 pm. Burnout stems not from the lack of sleep, but from the lack of time away from the workplace. If the job is divided between two nannies, the night shift nanny gets time away from the workplace between 7 am through 7 pm each day. Pretty sweet deal for someone who needs to earn steady money but can't commit to a full time day job b/c of school, entrepreneurial pursuits, or whatever.[/quote]
