Didn't read all the post. I potty trained my charge twice. For 2 months everything was good. Then mb puts a potty chart up for her. I looked so confused! I said doesn't DD go on the potty for you? She doesn't wear pull-ups for me at all and never had accidents. ( until yesterday in her snow suit!!!!) She seemed so surprised and said she won't pee in the pity for me at all! Goodness
You sound like a horrible nanny if you don't even communicate enough with the parents to let them know their kid is potty trained. I also think you're full of shit since most parents would notice you aren't using diapers or pull ups and they don't have to buy as many.
+1. We are in the process of potty training DS and the nanny and I communicate about it every day. Sometimes he will go for her on the potty and not for me and vice versa. That's normal and it seems weird and very judgmental of you not to be aware of that.
