If you have a college degree my most favorite agency has been Educated Nannies.  The owner Ryan is a former nanny and works hard to make great placements.  She makes home visits with each family and get an in depth feeling into the family and their needs.  She also only sends 3-4 applicants at a time so that families are not overhwhelmed with resumes.
