That is a very fair rate and everything OP lists are regular nanny duties. OP's nanny is not outstanding; she isn't even good. OP needs to fire her bad nanny. The stability argument is nonsense. Kids do fine with transitions, especially if they are caused by a bad nanny. Kids deserve great caregivers.[/quote]
