$14./hr is not enough $$$ for what you want, no matter where you live. You can keep hiring and firing, or you can pay an outstanding rate, for outstanding work, and give your children some stability.

Get real. OP isn't asking for anything out of the ordinary. The nanny seems cray cray. You never ever say you are going to spank a kid, complain about putting kids' clothes out, complain about watching the kids while they use the potty, not be able to do basic tasks within a 10 hour work day, blah blah blah.
I just don't understand why OP hasn't fired the nanny and looked for someone who is actually competent.
What makes you think twins are nothing out of the ordinary?
