She brings her child to work with her.  She and her daughter eat almost three meals a day at our home, on our dime.  She has no other responsibilities or duties outside caring for our children.  Now, our kids are in pre-school for 10 hours a week...so she does 'whatever' during that 10 hours.

But...she represented a very punctual and dependable hire.  Is she the most innovative and involved caregiver we could find?  Probably not...but she is a safe driver, reliable (more so than our first nanny), and attentive.
