wow, are you serious?  you are a nanny.  you are not there to raise the child - you are there to care for the child in the manner the parents want.  In other words, you're implemening the parent's method of child rearing.  if you think the child's parents don't know what's best for the child, then you should be calling cps, not raising the child whatever way you think is best for the child.  [/quote]
