Nice language, you sound really professional and exactly the type to 'take a backseat' having a break at home while your charges (ie: responsibility) leave the house. Instead of using that language to express your feelings, [b]why don't you explain to me why the mom would have the nanny come in at all that day, if she was okay having her family care for the kids unsupervised? If she was okay with her family being in charge she would have told the nanny to stay home.[/b] Backseat = Background, not 'gone'. [/quote]

MB here. I can answer that: MB has the nanny come in because she is [i]paying[/i] the nanny so she might as well have her there when her family needs a break or doing child-related household chores while the kids are occupied. There is plenty to do with two high-energy SN toddlers.
