Are you at least teaching them that while it's unhealthy, that it doesn't make a person any less for being overweight or obese...because that's what's really important! [/quote]

Of course, just because PP wants a healthy/fit nanny who exercises good eating habits for her children doesn't mean they will grow up to despise every fat person.

FYI, most people judge overweight people even if it's silent judgements. Have you seen those videos on Youtube where overweight people put hidden cameras on them and walk around just to see the looks they get from others. Very telling.[/quote]

I think the part where you said You'd never expose your children to an overweight person for that amount of time a week. What if your kids grow older and have overweight teacher? Will you whip them out of school?! I think model teaching is great but you can't shield your kids from everything and overweight individuals aren't be most dangerous your kids will find themselves around! [/quote]
