[/quote] Not the PP, but I have to say that when a nanny posts here that the proposed market rates are absurd, the subtext of that is she believes they are bogus because [i]she[/i] regularly (or perhaps always) makes more than the quoted price. So, when she say that, what she's saying is that she is working for above your "market rates," in which case, why are you insulting her? That would suggest she as among the best* nannies, wouldn't it? *I feel it important to clarify that I don't believe this represents all of the nannies on the board, but clearly some of them are well-respected by the families they've worked for.
