We see MBs on here ALL. THE. TIME. telling us how all nannies are worth the same, why would an MB who's invested in a pricier nanny for personal reasons want to have to defend that choice? Moms encounter enough judgment as it is.[/quote] In my experience, the only times the subject comes up is when a mom wants to hire a nanny and wonders what the going rate is for a comparable nanny or when someone needs to find a job for their nanny. In both cases, it is appropriate to give a range. Understating pay accomplishes nothing. [/quote]
