You must have extra time on your hands. Most working moms don't. If the hair was a deal breaker, I would have sent a text canceling the interview once I saw her from afar. An interview would have been a waste of her time and mine. I also might've told her to her face, but letting her know something which would be hurtful when the end result- no job-would not be fair or useful.[/quote]

Idiot mom never should have agreed to the interview seeing op's pic on her profile.  Simple as that. You guys are trashing op but if this had been turned around and op saw something she didn't like about the parent and flaked, she would have been flamed in typical dcum fashion.
