You'll need to be very specific with your needs.
What are your ideal hours? Is there any flexibility? It sounds like you need set time Monday thru Friday because of the morning and afternoon tasks. 
Get the kids ready for school - ages? Help them bathe? Brush teeth? Get dressed? Or are they more self-sufficient and need reminders? Do you expect her to make breakfast and oversee that? 
Clean the house - Deep clean or more tidy and put away toys? 
Meal prep - how complicated are the meals? Are there special allergies/food requests? An example food menu is ideal.

I think you could find someone, but if the cleaning is deep cleaning that will be the hardest to fill, in addition to the other tasks. IMO. [/quote]
