We aren’t worried that he exposed her or us - he was at our house last Sunday but they haven’t seen each other since then - but I am worried about how she’s going to manage Christmas - which she was planning to spend with him - with the difficult memories from last year. 
Our family is supposed to leave for our country home tomorrow. She wasn’t coming with us, because she was going to be with her bf, and as of now she’s not changing her mind. Would you try to insist that she comes? Or just tell her the option is open to join us at a later day if she wants? I’m trying to be as supportive as possible but also not overbearing. [/quote]
