So basically anything over 27.5hrs is paid and minimum wage. We also pay OT at 1.5x for any hours between 40-45. Our kids are in private school 5 days a week and our preschooler in 3 days a week. If our AP had to basically do DL schooling with my kids I'd probably up it to $10/hr because that'd a bit too much to ask of an AP IMO. Right now our AP is basically a driver since it's a hike to school. [/quote]
