That's what we did with DS' nanny. We didn't want to do a full trial but wanted to see how she interacted with DS. Basically spent 15 min discussing a contract with us and then spent 45 min (paid for 90 min) spending some time with DS just to see how it went. 3 years later and I'd say it was a good fit! [/quote]
