Explain that the home was completely filthy and dirty, to the point that you don't feel that it is a suitable working environment, and it made you feel uncomfortable being there, and aren't willing to go back. The agency should make sure that you get paid, communicate with the family, and they can decide whether they want to try to line up another nanny for them or drop them as a client. [/quote]
