Anyway, when she was first starting she asked if we have cameras and we said no. She said she is fine with them but would just want to know about them. If we get them now how do we broach the subject with her without making it look like we don’t trust her, which of course is the reason we are getting them in the first place?

FWIW - We have tried asking the nanny about the baby crying a few times and she said he has been fussy - which could be the case - but he seems totally fine when he is with DH or I so not sure what to make of that. More than anything just looking for peace of mind that even if the baby is crying she is handling it in a nurturing way.[/quote]
