If the OP says she can't afford her, then take her at her word. No job is a lifetime appointment. We had to find other options for our children as well when we could no longer afford our nanny. But we found her another (better paying) job and gave her a bonus when she left. Stop assuming all families are just trying to take advantage of their nannies. [/quote]
