For 3 kids and having to take baby along for pick up...I’d say at leas $23/h-$25/h. It’ll be tough for the nanny to do other housework even related to the kids. I’d say just require nanny to pick up after baby and kids. I would say no laundry. Also what time does baby nap and what time is pick up? Think of pick up would interfere would baby’s nap. Do you And what do you mean “bad work week”?
Career nanny specializing in twins (including older sibling) and if I can manage all childcare related tasks, laundry, bedding, baby food, other food prep, etc., as well as providing an enriching environment, so can you! OP, generally $20-30 but with your specific situation I would say around $25. Most nannies have a set rate that they will not go below based on your needs and household environment combined with their experience and education.
